The author guarantees, that this program does not contain any adware, spyware or malicious code. It does not build up internet connections in the background and does not transfer any data, except during the activation process. During the activation process only the following data are transferred: 1.) the license code, which was sent to the user, after he had bought the program and 2.) a code, which is used to identify the computer, the program is running on.
The registered program may only be used by the user who registered it. It may however be sold, provided that the original owner deletes any copy of it. It may not be lent or deassembled. Every part of the program is owned by the author and may not be used for other products withouth the author's permission.
